2. Purchase Order for Goods
Your purchse order submitted through www.taiko-miniatures.com e-shop is considered to be binding. By submitting this purchase order, you confirm that you agree with these business terms and conditions.
3. Purchase Contract
A purchase order constitutes a draft purchase contract. A purchase contract is established upon payment and acceptance of the ordered goods. Thereupon, the ownership title to the goods passes to you. For each purchase, we will issue a sale document or invoice, if appropriate. Keep this document on payment of the goods for the purposes of a complaint.
4. Prices of the Goods
The prices of the goods specified at taiko-miniatures.com e-shop are valid as at the time of ordering. We are not VAT payers.
5. Delivery Terms
We will attempt to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. If the ordered goods is in stock, you will receive them, within a couple of business days, but not later than within one week of the date of dispatch of your purchase order. If you choose product from our offering which is not currently in stock we will inform you by telephone or e-mail of the soonest date we are able to ship the goods to you. Given the time required for hand-made manufacture of our products, we have to allow for delivery term between 3 and 5 weeks.
6. Method of Delivery and Payment
We will send you the ordered goods by means of Česká pošta, a.s.
The methods of delivery are specified in the e-shop.
In case of payment to PayPal account: email@example.com, the ordered goods will be shipped to you after our account has been credited with the relevant amount.
7. Warranty for Goods
We provide standard statutory warranty for the goods. This waranty applies only to defects in manufacture. The warranty does not apply to any damage to the model caused in particularly by fall, rough handling or other improper use with regard to character and purpose of the product. The models, in their nature, belong among fragile goods.
Any damage to the goods caused during transport must be claimed without delay. Although we have meny years of experiences with packing and shipping models, the goods may be damaged during transport by means of the Czech Post. Therefore, unpack and check the goods immediately after acceptance of the consignment. Refuse to accept the consignment if it shows signs of damage upon delivery. If the ordered consignment is damaged, inform us of this fact without deley by telephone or e-mail. We will try to deliver new goods to you as soon as possible or, possibly, we can agrese on cancellation of your purchase order. Other possible claims cases are governed by the Commercial Code.
9. Withdrawal from Purchase Contract
Pursuant to Act No. 367/2000 Coll., you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of acceptance of the goods at the latest. In that case, it si necessary to return the goods, at the customer´s expense, in the undamaged original packaging, without any signs of use or wear and tear, with the sale document. We also recommend insuring the consignment. You are obliged to inform us of withdrawal from the contract by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by registered mail to the address specified above in contact details. Any returned goods sent on COD basis will not be accepted! After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund to you, within 14 days, the corresponding amount (purchase price of the goods) in a manner agreed in advance (postal money order, wire transfer).
10. Personal Data Protection
By making the purchase order, you express your consent to processing of your personal data for the purposes of processing the purchase order. This personal data will be protected from disclosure and misuse by third parties (pursuant to Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection). Should you wish to delete your personal data at any time, just send an e-mail to the effect to our e-mail addresse.
